So i always have Macedonian cheese at home, It's probably one of my favorite cheese's and i don't really care if i don't have other types often. But i like to add this to some of my foods usually for flavor and stuff. the place my mom buys it is a Persian store ( I think the cheese is Greek ) so it doesn't really have a label on the back about how much fat, calories, sodium, etc it has.
I tried researching it but it kept leading to feta, I'm pretty sure they are pretty different, not very but at least a slight difference. can someone please tell me if it is considered healthy.. which animal could it be from.. is it high in fat or is it nutritional to have in proper amounts?
