I eat healthy but i don't follow the p90x nutrition plan. An example of what i would eat is:
Eggs and greek yogurt for breakfast
Turkey sandwich (whole wheat bun), yogurt, and a protein bar for lunch
and a lighter, chicken and vegetable meal for dinner.
I am a male.

Will i still see results if i continue to eat this way?
I am fairly fit as it is, and i'm certainly not fat or even overweight.
