her to court? We're both 16.? Okay, so I'm getting my friend to sign a contract saying that she will pay me back the $90 she is borrowing. (It's for concert tickets. I would wait for her to come up with the money but I have to order the tickets NOW!) Since we're both minors, could I take her to court over the money? Because if I can't, then making her sign a contract is pretty useless.
