A Question about torrent files :) plz help?

so i used frostwire to download a torrent file for a game (sims)
but then when i wanted to open it after it was done i couldn't coz the computer doesnt know what to open it with.. well, neither do i -.-

so plz help

Open the torrent file with uTorrent, utorrent.com. After you install the program, it will automatically associate .torrent files with uTorrent so you be able to double click on it and it will open. It will take maybe 1-2 days to download the game after you open it depending on the download speed. When it's done, the game files will be in your Downloads folder. Look for a setup.exe to install the game. Another common format is .iso, which you will need to mount on a CD or with Daemon tools (WAY easier). You'll need to look up how to use Daemon tools on Google. It's not hard
