Is oasis vacation a legit company?

I just won a package with oasis vacation, the package is worth ,000 dollars. but only problem is they want 8 dollars now, I just want to make sure this is a scam. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPP ME!!!!!

2.Then check whether domain owner contact details and E-mail address is currently active or not.
