Yep, even when I'm on the phone, and they can't possibly see what I'm trying to portray.

I certainly do! Perhaps it helps me to express myself more clearly because doesn't the old adage say "Action speaks louder than words". My hands are very actively speaking whenever I open my mouth and they become even more lively when the conversation gets exciting.
