I deleted my Temporary Internet Files Can i get them back???

I deleted my temporary Internet files which include copies of websites, images and media that are saved for faster viewing. How do i get theses items back???
how do i get the pictures back???? Thats all i care about!

i would not want them back. you can accumulate a whopping lot of temp files if you dont delete them fairly often. i delete mine every couple of days. besides i dont think they help you to connect any faster. when you get hundreds of them in your temp directory, dont you think that slows your computer down? also the same with cookies, although vista seems not to accumulate them.
