My 15 month old dog is suddenly whining and barking in her kennel at night.?

I have had Stella for over a year now and for the past week she has been barking and whining hysterically in her kennel when I put her to bed at night. She dosen't sleep in my bed and never has and has always been really good about sleeping in her kennel at night until a week ago. I can't think of anything that has happened or changed that would make her not like her kennel anymore. I have tried taking her outside thinking she has to go to the bathroom but once we get back inside and in her kennel she starts whining and barking again. How can I make her comfortable in her kennel again? Someone please help me, I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in over a week!

When you take her out do you wait until she stops whining or barking? If she use to enjoy her kennel i see no reason why things would be different other then when you wake in the mornings make sure she is calm and quiet for at least 3-5 minutes before taking her out of the kennel.
