I think it is very true, but I have had debates with several people who dont. How do you guys feel?And yes, you still need:LoveTrustCommunicationCompromiseetcDragon, I am NOT talking about relationships with your family members. I am talking about the relationship between you and your significant other.
 
it's true for most couples. a non-sexual relationship would only be ok if both halves of the couple were ok without sex. i've known a couple who were like this. personally though, sex is a big part of what keeps me and my husband so close.
 
of course! sex is the physical manifestation of love. All the ones you listed are the mental manifestation of love. All that mental work has to be rewarded physically. ;-)
 
False -this is not necessarily true.I have healthy adult relationships with my family & friends.In most of those relationships, sex does not play a big part.
 
Most of the time, it gives you a sense of security and love, if you're in love with the person.
 
I think sex is a very important part of the relationship and you have to fancy someone to sleep with them. Well that is what I think anyway would not sleep with someone if the love has gone out of the relationship just for the sake of it rather not bother.There are a lot of things that are important but sex in some peoples minds is very important and they base the relationship a lot on that.
 
I don't remember exactly who it was, but some one once said, "Sex is only ten percent of a relationship, but if it's bad it will ruin the other ninty percent."
 
TRUEi think in an adult relationship sex plays a big role. its something you can share with your special someone. a bond no one else can touch. its a way to make each other feel good... no interruptions. just you and that person. its the one thing you can truly share that no one else can interrupt. its a bond... where you let yourself fully relax... (where trust comes in... you are trusting that person). making love with the person you love is the best feeling.
