they have made it illegal to buy tobacco offline minus pipe tobacco which is more finely cut so if they sell normal roll your owns or packs then they are a scam or havent updated for some time BUT if you buy "pipe" tobacco (loophole companies have came up with) then it depends on the site but most likely USPS (normal mail unless stated fed ex)
