    yes its possible. Have had horrible pains because of a broken heart a long time ago. Your body and mind are under a huge amount of stress and your body will react

    Yes. Its just from the physical strain your putting on your own heart. It doesn't last long though. And try to remember that no longer how much your heart is breaking, you will be okay in time. Only time can heal that. You were fine before them and youll one day be fine without htem.

    Yes if is emotional feeling often bring a physical reaction.Thus He/She just broke my heart.

    It has happened to me before. Basically what it sounds like you are having. Mine was pounding pain that hardly ever let up at all. Trying to talk to others helped me. It eventually goes away. It takes longer the more you were attached to the person. I hope you get better soon. I hope i could help you.

    Yeah i guess it is possible. It can be stressful putting up higher blood pressure making you heart hurt and get headaches etc.

    if its just pain it feels like someone is puncking you and you should go to the doctors.But if its beacuse of a break-up that beacuse you loved that person!
