how to delete recently used numbers in the messaging on a nokia c3?

When i type a message and want to send it, theres a list of the recently used numbers i have sent messages to before...how can i delete these off my phone?

Go to Menu, then Contacts, find message recipients, there you can delete anyone in the list..

click "menu", then "contacts", then "log", ---> find "message recipients", OR "clear log lists" -- "message recipients"..
