uTorrent is a smaller program,easy to use and has some cool features and it's safe.

they're about the same, and if u want to download these safely, then go onto their official sites. And they are safe to the extent at which u use them, its a bit like, "is the internet safe?" it depends on what you download with them. and u can download torrent files at sites like mininova or btjunkie or ligg.org
