Hello Guys, I have this brand new toshiba sattelite and it was working fine until my ex bf got angry and he knocked it hard with his hand. He hit the keyboard and the screen turned into white color then black. When I plug the charger I see it charging fine but I can not switch it on. It has black screen. What should I do ?
