What are the pros and cons of a clean coal-burning power plant?

I need more pros than cons at this point for my chemistry project. Things like price aspects, transportation, capital, amount of money to build the plant compared to nuclear power plants would be perfect. I need this as soon as possible since it is for a project due on tues. of next week
