I am going on a hike with my friend and her family. They are all super athletic and in shape, and i am the opposite i am so out of shape. And i already told her i would go soo, is there any foods that will like make me ready and that will make me get through the hike? Or any foods that will make me last along time without getting hungry and keep me going. I hope you know what i mean, THank you guys
