Eating disorders, self harm, suicide, depression, anxiety, drugs, alcohol, sexuality. All things that will affect at least one student in each grade. If you need it to be appropriate, just don't make it too graphic. Imply things rather than show them graphically.

I did mine on abortion and everyone was really into it XD and some of them even changed sides! I showed them the coat hanger.....
