No,you need to unlock it and then swap networks.To unlcok you can approach Wickedunlock.com and get the required unlcok code by specifying the mobile make,model,country,locked network and based on the availability get the unlock code along with free unlcok instructions.Once unlocked you can switch networks in your phone.
