Maybe when she was new to it but now never (well not that I remember). To me it's the best & I love her cooking! But I have managed to set of the alarm while cooking XD

Set off the fire alarm, dad broke teeth of in biscuit, and the dog tried to eat the lasagna and in the first bite ran around in circles and licked his butt to get the taste out of his mouth!

Our fire alarm is somewhat broken and very sensitive. It goes off multiple times per cooking session!
