I was wondering if my iPhone 4 can be jail broke and unlocked?I bought the phone from Apple and it came pre-installed with iOS 4.0.2. I recently upgraded the firmware to 4.1. Any advised would be great!

Yes ! your iPhone 4 ca be unlocked . Use Remote unlocking method to unlock iPhone 4 . It doesn't requires jailbreaking . You can get it from any of the online vendors like Theunlockspot.com to unlock it .
