What happened to FX channel Dish Network Users?

FX used to be channel 136 but now it is HDNMV. I cant find FX. Does anyone know where it is now?

Dish Network subscribers woke up Friday to find that FX, National Geographic Channel and Fox’s regional sports networks had disappeared.

Dish Network Corp said on Friday that News Corp's Fox Networks has demanded a higher transmission fee and blocked its access to 19 regional sports networks and other programing.

Dish Network, the No. 2 U.S. satellite operator, said Fox was demanding a new contract with an "unprecedented rate increase of more than 50 percent."

Fox has refused Dish's request to let customers watch the channels while negotiations continue, the company said.
