well i have a t-mobile plan, nd i lost my blackberry sim card. i want to know if there is a way for me to keep my original phone number.
i lost my SIM card can i still keep my original phone number?

talk with your carrier, your sim is not what regulates your phone number.

yes but you will lose all of your phone numbers you stored on the card

yup just call your provider and tell them to activate a new one, then go pick it up or get it sent to you. it may cost a few dollars, but you can keep your number

yes just get a new sim card and have your number transfered to it

I have t-mobile as well and no, you need the sim card to have the number.
