I want a phone that support symbian apps that cost 5000 what phone would be the best?

5000? In my part of the world that would mean 5000€ and with that kind of money you can buy a Vertu phone, with diamonds on keyboard and gold on the case.

First lesson about Internet: it is global. You don't ask "where should I go buy bread?" on the internet, since the answer "Best bread can be found in Rome, Itally" is not going to be of any use to you.
