My father managed to give a a seat in Business class from DXB (Dubai) to DAC (Dhaka). I am certainly allowed to go the Lounges for business class in Dubai airport. But since my father's in economy, can I invite him as a guest to the lounges? I don't want him feeling left out, especially after giving me this privilege on Business class.

He got me business class using his Skywards miles, enough for one person.

I don't know how it is in India, but in the U.S. it doesn't depend on what seat you sit in. The "business lounges" allow only those who pay a fee every year to be able to use them and this applies to many cities across the world. It doesn't matter what seat you are/were in. It only matters if you've paid the annual fee to go into the business lounges at select airports. And I do believe you are allowed to bring one guest with the same flight criteria into the lounge with you.
