Yes. When a politician lies it is referred to as an error or they misspoke. When we, as citizens lie it is called a lie, deception, backstabbing and people are warned not to trust us.

pretty much yes, to the point that i cannot stand politics, i have no interest in it, i avoid having any involvement with it.They are all liars, they all spout off a bunch of crap until they get in power, then you have to put up with their bs for another 4 years until you can get them out again.It's the same no matter who gets in. Lobbyists pretty much get what they want anyway buy offering money....anyone can be brought in my opinion, even politicians.
