My car Opel Astra , Battery voltmeter reading is 10.38v ...?

And the battery is fairly new.So am i supposed to charge the battery from some1 or should i replace the battery for good ?

Yeah, its a lead acid battery.. and thank you, il get it charged 1st and will update as and when.
