They do. Its called Volkswagen AG.

If you want to know why they don't have a VW badge on this front its because nobody is going to pay $400k for a VW Murciélago.

Its the same reason as these other companies. You have a different brand for different class people.
- GM - Chevy, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Opel, Holden, Daewoo, Vauxhall, and probably a few others.
- Ford - Ford, Lincoln, part of Mazda

- Toyota - Toyota, Lexus, Scion, part of Subaru
- Honda - Honda, Acura
- Nissan - Nissan, Infiniti

I just found out that, all these big automobile companies......Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti, Skoda and some other less known companies are wholly owned by Volkswagen AG group....except for Audi whose 99.55% shares are held by VWAG.....What i don't get is, why doesn't Volkswagen put all those companies under one super Company, maybe name it Volkswagen or whatever they like.....i mean they OWN it.....So cant they do anything they like to do with those companies?
