Please rate and fix my Gadget Monarch deck.?

Hi guys. I just came out with this new deck, gadget monarch. This deck OTKs really well, but sometimes its abit slow. Please help me rate (out of 5) and fix it. Thanks very much.

Cat of ILL Omen x3 (get out the main traps i need, ultimate offering, royal oppression)
Cyber Valley x1 (protection)
Mask of Darkness x2 (get destroyed traps from grave)
Battle Fader x2 (protection)
Caius x2 (monarchs to clear opponent's field for OTK)
Raiza x2 (monarchs to clear opponent's field for OTK)
Mobius x2 (monarchs to clear opponent's field for OTK)
Obelisk The Tormentor (effect monster) x1 (Strong beatstick + clears opponent's monsters)
Vanity's Ruler x1 (prevent special summons - anti-meta)

Ok my deck has 43 cards in total. The main aim is to use ultimate offering to summon many monsters onto the field. Gadgets can be summoned really quickly with ultimate offering. Then monarchs to clear opponent's field for OTK.

The main weaknesses of this deck is draw power and lack of lifepoints.
I have thought of some cards to add in, but i am not sure what to take out.

Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi
Samsara Kaiser (really effective with ultimate offering)
Ancient Gadjilitron Dragon
And 1 more caius and 1 more raiza

Scrap Iron Scarecrow

Please give me some tips, and rate and fix my deck. Also tell me what to remove and what to put in, and if you have new ideas please tell me as well. I look forward to great answers. Thanks

It is difficult to work with cards like tat... but you might work out a dust tornado cause you already have enough destruction cards, regardless the fact you use gravity bind... its still enough to do a lot of destruction with just card effects
