I currently have phone service with metropcs, and i do not like how i don't get a good signal, or there phones they offer. I would like to switch to t-mobile and get the .99 no annual contract for 500 minutes and unlimited texting. I was wondering after all taxes and fees, how much is the total bill? Please help me out! :]

It depends on the region of the country you are in. In Virginia these can add $12 or so to your bill.
