Can you update Android OS 1.6 to (Gingerbread) or alteast 2.3 ?

Again, depend on which device u are running...but no matter what gingerbread isn't going to be available for a while yet...many people are still waiting for their update to 2.2!
I would say tho if ur currently running 1.6 ur devise is probably too old or overpowered to handle the new version of the OS...otherwise u'd probably be on 2.1 now.
