No, I am sure they are wanting to sell you a bunch of stuff. All these on line "agencies" are not agents, they are SCAMs taking advantage of foolish young people who think there is a quick and easy way to become a star., there is not. you need lots of experience in plays and some professional classes before you can become an actor.
