I'm trying to get a video to play online. Its supposed to be played by DivX player, but my Mac insists on trying to open everything and anything with Quicktime. I have DivX installed but I can't get the video to play, even with DivX installed.
I tried installing Xvid to see if the file would open with Quicktime, but no luck.
I use Firefox as my browser btw. I can't install Chrome or a better version of Safari because my Mac has a Power PC chip and not an intel chip.
Anyone know the solution to this problem?
And while you're at it, can anyone tell me why everyone just raves about Macs? I've had this one about 2 months and I hate it!

Ok, this is a problem for your local tech support team. I recommend Staples, they're really good. Follow these steps:
1. Bring your Mac to the store you purchased it at WITH THE RECIEPT.
2. Exchange it for a PC.
3. ???????
4. Profit!
