    will mma really work better than KB? (read details)?

    i was searching for KB lessons in my city (istanbul) then i found a kickass website that tells mma came to turkey. i was excited but what concerned me was 1.5 hours a week wtf will i learn (im 13)
    heavy bag? grappling? boxing? KB? wont all theese mixed take some more time? mma fans or fighters please tell me is it an enough weekly routine to learn mma? or should i search a little more abaut KB?

    note:they have more available thats the time i m able to take

    1.5 hours a week is pretty scary.. I could literally go to Muay Thai 24.5 hours a week if I wanted to.. they should have more available.
