Watch DirecTV Cinema Pay-Per-View in Another Room?

I bought a PPV movie on DirecTV in my living room, and if I go upstairs for some unknown reason, can I watch it there?
If I take the access card and put it in another receiver, would that work? Or is it associated with the serial number on the receiver.
