Actually, I dont even need a recipe. Just need ideas of what to eat. If you have a very QUICK recipe idea please tell me, but the calories must be LOW. 200 calories and under. NO MORE THAN 200 CALORIES.
It has to be an actual meal dont be like 'a carrot.'

I dont want salad because I've been having that almost every day. Anyway, I've got creamy light cesar salad dressing thats 17 calories a serving so thats not really a concern.
