    *Will riding a stationary bike cause me to gain leg muscle???*?

    I DON'T want to LOSE weight! I want to GAIN weight!!!! I'm trying to make my thighs thicker. Will riding a stationary bike cause me to gain leg muscle and NOT lose weight??

    Depends how fast you are riding. If you pedal very fast you will gain bigger and thicker thighs (of muscle) and if you pedal for a long time you will tone them.

    Yes especially if you create more resistance in the bike itself by making it thicker.
