i just brought a motorola cliq off craiglist and the phone asks me to make an account for motoblur

and i was wondering do i have to pay for motoblur if im not using facebook, myspace, etc for it but only instant messaging?

moto blur is the way that the device connects to your social network site to bring all of the updates to your device.....its hardwired in the programing to use the motto blur acount. you need to have a data package to use the device, but the motto blur is a free service that uses that data package.
