    the water pump seals are bad, or the pump is cracked... this happened on my dads 99' ram

    If it leaks more when pointing downhill, the leak is near the front. It's probably the water pump.

    water pump fits the bill. If its not that, don't overlook a hole in the reserve tank. that could explain the hill leak situation as well. But I'm guessing its the water pump as others have already said
