Not at fault accident but state farm is claiming 100% my fault therefore...

...im being denied!? I was driving north bound when a parked car decided to make a u turn right in front of me on a very narrow street. i slammed on my brakes to avoid the person but he hit me on my right side of the bumper and damaged his left side of the bumper. If you look at my car you probably cant even tell the damage. but his insurance company send me a letter claiming its 100% my fault. Im gonna call my adjuster in the morning but kind of worried right now. I have no damage and i really don't want my insurance company to pay for his mistakes either because then my insurance rate will most likely go up. Any advice thanks...
