Hello. I have the LG EnV Touch. The touch screen is broken, and I took it to the store. They're sending me a new one in the mail by Monday. They told me that if I bring in both my old and new phones, they could transfer pictures and contacts to the new phone in the store. I never remember them being able to transfer pictures, so is this true? Also, if it is, is there a charge, and how much? Thanks in advance.
