I know there's one from Google themselves, but you have to have Google Desktop (which I don't want).
I want something that allows you to view them like your on your internet browser except its modified for your desktop, but it still has to have the rating, favoriting, and comment function.

If it doesn't have the funtions above, please just tell me. ))
