Is there any way to play android games on my computer?

I don't have an android phone and I want to play Alchemy. Is there anyway to play it online? Can I transfer the game to the PC from my husbands phone (he has the game)? Do I need an emulator, because the only android emulator I've come across doesn't look like you can download and play games? I know some of you will say to buy a phone, but I am not due for an upgrade for 6 months and don't want to spend over 0 on a new phone right now. Thanks!
