DivX Plus player is not working...?

Yesterday i updated my divx player, after that My DivX Plus player is not working. When i try to play a video it starts and immediately it stops working. A Windows displays "DivX plus player has stopped working".
I uninstalled it. Then downloaded the version and installed it. The problem exist.

What is the prob?

if you open Reqistry editor and goto the enrty
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DivX\Settings\StreamEng ine\DfxAutoEnable
make sure its set to 0
it will crash with 1
