Good sci-fi/mystery tv shows?

I've loved Lost and Fringe (except for the filler episodes) but I've seen every single episode, and until Fringe's 3rd season I need entertainment.

I don't like CSI or House or episodes without a REAL plot. I like tv shows where you have a bit more of the story with every episode.
