I just edited to Stephen H, tis well known he has a load of people blocked and his questions mostly stay up AND his answerers dont get the standard 3 thumbs down.

Accounts are removed either by myself, as i do not wish to be assocaited with this endeavor amd delete my personal account, or by the staff, for an extreme failure by the owner of said account to operate within the guidelines set forth

I don't blame the trolls
level 1 accounts generally don't have much influence when it comes to reporting, whereas the established users obviously do
I just feel sorry for them, I mean how boring must your life be to scan the sections looking for questions you don't like just so you can report them!
