Winston Cigarette Ads in Japan?

This is going to sound crazy, and it's a long shot, but if anyone knows the name of this guy:

I would be forever greatful! My friends and I saw him all over the place in Tokyo on Winston cigarette ads. I can't find out who he is for the life of me!
Psh at the first answer. We just want to know who he is so we can see how much those ads have been photoshoped (which is a LOT).

Try calling the company or going onto the website to find out information about the ad.
I'm sure they would at least give you a name of some sort..
