As I have read,if der is a timemachine dat goes back to da past da time it was invented and u cud go back to da present or anytime da machine cud last in da future changing or unchanging anything like doing da grandfather paradox saying dat if u kill ur grandpa or fader it wil change time and u wil not exist if u go to da present or bak to da past or going to da past many times creating copies of urself then changing the world, a time machine that goes to the future by the speed of light like travelling so fast anywhere in 6months by the speed of light and when u cam bak u found out dat 6months is 60yrs, and a time machine that goes back to the prehistoric past through a "wormhole" in outerspace-what would be the effects? What would be the next inventions that humans should do? If your body is dying wud u invent a machine dat wud transfer ur life to another body? Mind control to control people?Teleport technology?Spaceships? Create a secret organization? And what if der is a supernova?

Anyway, firstly changing the past should create a new timeline, though not necessarily changing the original one. There can be different side-by-side running time streams, to which one cannot jump to presumably.
