Does anyone know what the hiring process is like? I had applied 3 weeks ago, and I got a call for an in person interview on Saturday. I did not receive a phone interview prior to that.. She did take down my references and I signed for a criminal check.. she told me all about the training & said they will get back to me.. do they actually get back to you?
