My friend spread the rumor that I was found dead?

I just don't get him. He took the time to message every single person I have on Facebook to tell them that I was found dead. I still cannot get a hold of him. The other day we had an argument, but that's not a reason to do that. What can I do? This sucks! Now I have dozens of people texting me. Everyone's extremely worried about me
It sucks 'cause I've known him since high school. I know he can get weird in the bad sense at times, but this is too much.
