...the internet? im adding a line and getting a phone with a web only discount, and was wondering if i can pick up my phone from this tmobile store which is near my house. Would i still get the web only discount ty. (mytouch 3g)

Nope, the cell phone is coming directly from the warehouse. But it does come directly to your phone.
